Employee Hiring Tip #1

If you haven’t tried using Indeed for hiring, you need to do it the next time you are looking for a new employee.  I have only used it for Entry Level or Mid Level positions, but you can get a serious number of resumes fairly quickly for very inexpensive.  The trick is to choose to sponsor your job on Indeed using a CPC model…rather than a budget model. The next step is to know what to set the minimum bid to…which can be a bit tricky depending on the type of job and industry.

I have consistently gotten over #50-100 resumes within one week for under $20.  Who wants to make a job posting and sit back to watch a couple resumes come in a day?  I would rather get dozens of resumes up front to immediately start interviews to find that perfect new employee.
